Starting over with DMC size 80 in a bright yellow. I began with the edging this time instead of the medallion. Note: I used 7 picots in the 2nd chain repeat in round 2 of the medallion when I did it in Finca size 16. In the DMC motif, I followed Norma's instructions and used only 4 picots.
I chose to join to 2 picots consecutively in the final round as written in the instructions.
