@muskaan and @soyloquesoy please forgive my ignorance, but are we allowed to show unoriginal works? I haven't designed anything, just followed other people's recipes. That's why I don't post pictures - nothing really to show off.

Of course you can show your working of other people's designs! Just give them credit by citing the correct entry in the Craftree database, or telling who the designer is and which publication it's from.

Leigh, thanks for adding Dennis Munoz's book to the database. Nice snowflakes !
If I may ask, why or what did you find difficult in these ?

Grace is right - we've all been showing pics of our working of patterns by other designers. And with this ever-increasing database, adding credits is merely a click away.

@soyloquesoy, aren't you cheeky We haven't completed this year's challenge and you are ready with the next ?! Well, why not

@moraih Leigh, if you are willing to create a project for each snowflake by starting at the catalog page for the pattern and choosing the leftmost Start a New Project button (star with a +) under the image, it will automatically attach your snowflake to the published pattern. As an added benefit for the rest of us, yours will display below the catalog entry to help show a variety of implementations of a pattern. See as an example http://www.craftree.com/patterns/5202.

Of the six books in your list, I've finished adding the patterns for five even though some lack images. I haven't done Festive Tatting yet but will work on it.

Becky

@becky400 Thanks for the instructions. That really helps! The only collection I've got starched and blocked at the moment are the Munoz snowflake roses. I had to get them presentable for a snowflake exchange my guild did for our December meeting. I let my recipient pick out the one they liked best. :) I've already got a new one tatted to replace it. I'll add getting them scanned to the list. BTW, I've got the the two new German books scanned and ready to clean up, as well as approximately 300 issues of Women's Household covers. Those were my projects for my week off work - get them cleaned up, cropped and processed. I guess I better add getting the other collections starched and blocked to the list as well.

Reply=swissgirl;228742/My TO DO lists are always five times longer than what I can actually get done in a given period of time - but I always make the effort to get as much work squeezed out of a given hour that I can. I get a surprising amount accomplished despite never actually reaching a goal post. Speaking of which, I should go and get some done right now. Ciao.

You are not alone, I did not manage it either, due to illness and then my husbands illness.
Perhaps the next challenge we might get to do more.

Congratulations @ladybird
Thanks, @GraceT
Picked up an old UFO last night - another SOUP bookmark - while I wait for the TIAS to begin and before I go back to some more 'serious' stuff ;-P
